This 3 king bedroom, 5 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is one block from all the restaurants and shoppes of the Times Square/Beach/Pier area. Enjoy the peaceful heated pool area with its authentic Tiki Bar on one end. BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your Weber gas grill. Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with white leather couches and a flat screen TV, 4 bathrooms, 2 screen porches, and 2 master king bedrooms with flat screen TV's.

Downstairs is another kitchen, a living room with flat screen TV, a bathroom convenient for pool use, and a master king bedroom with a walk in closet. To the street side of the downstairs apartment is a screen porch and laundry room. Between the apartment and the heated pool is a lanai screen porch with ample seating for your whole family. There are 3 click clacks, a large couch and a hide a bed for extra sleeping space. Next to the heated pool is an outdoor shower for pool use and for that larger person in your group. The property is located on a canal for watersports and fishing.
