This renovated 3 bedroom pool home is located on a lovely quiet street very close to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square/Beach/Pier area. Enjoy the peaceful screened outdoor heated pool and spa and BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grill. Inside, an open concept living area features a family room with a great entertainment center, dining area and a fantastic gourmet, well equipped gourmet kitchen. A public boat launch is only 50 feet from the property for watersports and fishing.
The King Master bedroom has a flat screen TV and a wonderful Jacuzzi tub for two! A second King bedroom and a third with a twin trundle provide excellent sleeping for 6. In addition, there is an air bed available for an extra person.
